Just been down the coast for a few days, enjoying the beach and the summer weather. Spent some time in the wonderful Deep Creek Conservation Park where the rolling hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge into the Southern Ocean. It's a glorious landscape with forests and farmland hanging over the edge of precipitous hills that abut the lovely blue sea. Great views can had across the channel to Kangaroo Island. Indeed the area has much in common with Kangaroo Island, lots of wildlife and similar topography.
